Real Estate
Travis uses a practical approach and straightforward style to guide clients through the maze of real estate strategies and needs. He understands the importance of aggressive marketing and creative financing in today’s competitive marketplace. He provides expertise in dealing with all classes of commercial property–including analysis for financial, market, site, user, and investment, as well as brokerage for sale and purchase representation, landlord-tenant lease representation, and IRC-1031 Exchanges. As a real estate investor, coupled with his years as a commercial lender and manager, he brings invaluable first-hand experience to the business.

Community Involvement
Currently Travis is involved with several community minded organizations. His involvement with the Helena Kiwanis group includes being a Board Member, as well as the PAL High School mentoring program leader, and was awarded Kiwanian of the year in 2012. Travis is the past Chairman of the Board for Montana Community Finance Corporation and continues as a Board Member. Travis chaired Montana Business Assistance Corporations (MBAC) loan committee in 2008 and 2009, and was a member of MBAC’s loan committee for over ten years. During his banking career Travis managed Valley Bank of Helena’s commercial lending department. Valley Banks commercial lending department was awarded the Small Business Lender of the Year award for the state of Montana from the Small Business Association several times over the past decade. From 2004 to 2006 Travis helped the Helena Chamber of Commerce produce the State High School Rodeo Finals.
